DOLPHIN PUNCH GAMES

Privacy policy

Effective October 4, 2026 · Last updated

This policy explains how Dolphin Punch LLC (Dolphin Punch) handles information in the apps listed below and when you contact us about them. Read the common practices together with your game’s section: saved data, platform services, purchase identifiers, and deletion controls differ between games.

Common practices

The covered games can be played without a Dolphin Punch account and have no advertising or player-to-player messaging. They do not use gameplay analytics to track you across other companies’ apps or websites or to target advertising. We do not sell personal information.

Gameplay analytics and local storage

The covered games save progress and preferences on your device and use Dolphin Punch analytics to understand play, improve balance and performance, and investigate problems. Events include a random installation identifier, a session identifier, event time, platform, and app version. These identifiers are not your name, email address, advertising identifier, Apple Account, or Google Account, but they connect activity from the same installation; installation-linked records are not completely anonymous.

Events can wait in a local queue while offline and be sent when connectivity returns. Device backups may include locally stored data. The game sections describe the gameplay events, saved information, and collection controls that apply to each app.

Purchases

For Wake the Woods and Pizza Time, Apple processes purchases and restoration on iPhone and iPad; Google Play does so on Android. These games receive purchase status and product information to grant their full-game unlocks. We do not receive your payment-card details. Purchase analytics differs by game, including whether transaction identifiers are sent; see the app sections below. Venture offers consumable purchases through Apple on iOS and through Google Play in its Android testing version, as described in its section. Stores retain their purchase records separately from saved progress after a game is removed or progress is reset. The reviewed Drop In build has no in-app purchases.

Support and service providers

If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any details or attachments you choose to send. We use them to answer and investigate your request. Please avoid sending passwords, payment-card details, or unrelated personal information.

Hosting, analytics, email, and store providers process information needed to operate their services. Connections to our website and analytics service can involve technical logs, including IP addresses and request times. Service providers may process information outside your country. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect our services and users.

Apple operates the App Store, iCloud, and Game Center under Apple’s privacy policy. Google operates Google Play and Play Games, and our support inbox uses Gmail, under Google’s privacy policy.

Retention

Local progress remains until cleared or the app is removed, subject to device and cloud backups. We retain analytics to understand game performance and investigate issues, and support correspondence to resolve requests and related follow-up, for as long as needed for those purposes and applicable obligations. Individual gameplay events may be removed before usage summaries and installation records used to compare game versions and investigate recurring issues.

Deletion requests and contact

Uninstalling or resetting a game does not automatically erase analytics already received by us, support correspondence, Apple or Google Play purchase records, iCloud data, or submitted Game Center or Play Games scores. Use the app-specific controls described below for saved data. Deleting historical analytics does not necessarily stop future collection: follow the controls described for your game. Venture’s in-game deletion action and Pizza Time’s Delete Player Data control, in versions that offer it, also stop analytics collection for that installation.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to object to or restrict certain uses. For questions or requests, email dolphinpunchgames@gmail.com. Include the game name and, if available, its support player number. We may need additional information to locate records linked to your installation. The Wake the Woods Pause menu shows the DolphinPunch Support ID; for Pizza Time, include your app version and, when displayed, the “dpid” number beside it in Settings. Venture shows a Player number in Settings when available.

Children’s privacy

The covered games do not ask players to enter their name, age, email address, or other contact information during ordinary gameplay. Gameplay analytics, optional submissions, and platform services still operate as described in this policy. A parent or guardian can email us with a privacy concern or a request relating to a child’s information.

Apps covered

This list covers only the apps listed here. We add another app only after reviewing its practices and updating this policy and its app-specific section.

Wake the Woods: Peg Adventure

Game support · Read with the common practices.

Saved data and gameplay analytics

Local saves include level progress, scores, settings, and purchase-access status. Analytics records app launches; level numbers and selected abilities; starts, wins, losses, and abandoned attempts; balls used; scores and stars; play duration; catches; and ability use, together with the installation and session information described above.

Android saves and purchases

On Android, level progress, scores, preferences, and purchase-access status are saved locally. The Android edition does not offer sign-in, cloud progress sync, or online leaderboards. Clearing app storage or uninstalling can erase local progress. Google Play purchase restoration can restore the full-game unlock using the Google Account that bought it; it does not restore level progress. Apple purchases and iCloud progress do not transfer to Android.

Optional Sign in with Apple and iCloud progress syncing (iPhone and iPad)

Options → Apple Account & Saves offers Sign in with Apple. We request no name or email. An opaque Apple sign-in identifier is stored in the device Keychain to check authorization; it is not sent to Dolphin Punch analytics or our servers. The game does not create a server account.

When enabled, private Apple-managed iCloud storage holds completed levels, stars, best scores, chosen ability, shooting and sound preferences, and story completion. Best scores and stars merge across devices. This uses the iCloud account in device Settings, which may differ from your sign-in or App Store account. Syncing depends on Apple’s availability and connectivity; offline play remains available.

Sign-out and saved-progress deletion (iPhone and iPad)

Sign out in the account screen to pause syncing. Delete Account & Saved Progress resets the iCloud forest and removes the locally stored Apple sign-in identifier. A minimal empty reset marker remains to prevent offline devices from restoring erased scores; the reset propagates when devices sync. The game also explains how to revoke authorization in Settings → your Apple Account → Sign in with Apple → Wake the Woods.

Use those in-app controls before uninstalling: an enabled iCloud save and Keychain sign-in information can remain after removal. These controls do not erase analytics, support correspondence, Apple purchase records, or Game Center scores. Email us for analytics, support, or leaderboard data requests.

Game Center (iPhone and iPad)

If Game Center is connected before a standard level begins, completed-level scores, the leaderboard identifier, and scoring context (ability and rules version) are sent to Apple. Scores appear with your Game Center profile according to your Apple settings. Apple may notify friends when their scores are passed; the game does not request friends’ contact details or send custom push notifications.

A one-way fingerprint of the Game Center player identifier separates locally queued score retries by player. Game Center identity is not sent to Dolphin Punch analytics. Admin tests, autoplay, simulations, and modified shot settings do not submit leaderboard scores; older local or iCloud best scores are not automatically uploaded. You can play without Game Center. Manage its sign-in, profile, and notifications in Apple Settings separately from Sign in with Apple, iCloud, and purchases.

Purchase analytics

Purchase analytics may include product ID, transaction ID, price, currency, and purchase or restoration outcome. These identifiers differ from Pizza Time’s purchase-flow analytics. Restoring an iCloud save does not grant the full-game purchase.

Pizza Time: Delivery Dash

Game support · Read with the common practices.

Saved data and cumulative usage

Local data includes progress, coins, level, vehicles, upgrades, customization, unlocked content, objectives, daily challenges, scores, tutorial progress, sound, driving and accessibility settings, recovery copies, purchase-verification records, and pending platform leaderboard scores. Cumulative usage counters and analytics identifiers are separate from progression; resetting progress does not necessarily clear them.

Analytics includes launches, play duration, background/resume events, cumulative usage totals, completed or abandoned shifts, city and vehicle choices, level, coins, upgrades, scores, rewards, objectives, and unlocks. Delivery events include assignments and outcomes, time limits, tips, fictional delivery locations, in-game distances, speed, drifting, jumps, fuel use, and other gameplay actions.

These locations and driving measurements are in the game world, not your physical location. Pizza Time does not request GPS, contacts, microphone, or camera access. Analytics starts enabled unless a previous privacy choice disables it; events queued offline may be sent when connectivity returns. In versions with Settings → Delete Player Data, the confirmed deletion action stops analytics and requests deletion of previously collected data. You can keep playing without analytics afterward. Gameplay analytics is transmitted over HTTPS.

iCloud backup and recovery

On iPhone and iPad, iCloud backup starts enabled when an iCloud account is available. Apple-managed recovery snapshots use a random backup identifier and include progress, vehicles, upgrades, currency, records, objectives, and settings. Game Center account identifiers and pending leaderboard submissions are excluded.

Open Settings → Save & Recovery to view copies, restore a selected backup, or turn iCloud Backup off. Turning it off stops future uploads; it does not delete existing copies or stop them from appearing for recovery. Restoring replaces local progress and keeps a local safety copy. It does not grant App Store purchase access. To restore a purchase, open Settings → Restore Purchases using the Apple Account that made the purchase.

This is backup/recovery using the iCloud account in device Settings, rather than Wake the Woods’ optional Apple sign-in and progress-merging system. Removing Pizza Time or resetting local progress does not erase every cloud copy. Manage its iCloud access and stored data in Apple’s iCloud settings where available, or contact Apple Support for Apple-managed storage. Pizza Time’s Delete Player Data control, when present, is described below; it is separate from Wake the Woods’ account-deletion flow.

Game Center (iPhone and iPad)

On iPhone and iPad, Pizza Time attempts to connect using your device’s Game Center account. When connected, eligible shift scores and daily challenge results are sent to Apple with leaderboard and daily challenge information. Apple can display results with your Game Center profile according to your settings. The player identifier and pending scores are kept on your device for account-specific retries; the identity is not sent to Dolphin Punch analytics.

You can play without signing in to Game Center. Manage sign-in, profile visibility, and notifications in Apple Settings. Game Center is separate from iCloud and purchases; resetting progress or deleting the game does not remove submitted scores. Contact us about leaderboard data requests.

Android storage, purchases, and reviews

On Android, gameplay progress, personal records, settings, and recovery copies stay on your device. Android cloud progress sync is not included, and the game opts out of Android automatic app backup. Starting with Android version 1.2, Google Play Games provides online leaderboards separately from your local save. Apple Game Center and iCloud features are available only on iPhone and iPad.

Google Play processes the optional one-time Full Game purchase and restoration. The game verifies ownership, acknowledges completed purchases, and caches a signed purchase receipt locally, separately from gameplay progress. Resetting progress does not remove purchased access. Reinstalling with the same Google Play account can recover ownership; Settings → Restore Purchases refreshes it. Google retains its purchase records. Dolphin Punch does not receive your payment-card details or Google Account details.

Optional native app-store review requests are handled by Apple or Google Play. Pizza Time does not learn which rating or review you submit.

Google Play Games (Android version 1.2 and later)

Pizza Time attempts to connect to your existing Play Games profile and lets you sign in for overall and city Best Shift leaderboards. You can play without Play Games. Eligible regular-shift totals are sent to Google with a leaderboard identifier. Google can display scores with your gamer name and avatar according to your profile visibility settings. Daily Shift results, debug and automated test runs, and historical local records are not uploaded to these boards.

The game keeps your Play Games player identifier and pending scores locally for account-specific retries. They are excluded from recovery snapshots and Dolphin Punch gameplay analytics. Google’s Play Games SDK also processes gamer identity, analytics, and diagnostics to operate and improve the service. Play Games data is encrypted in transit; see Google’s Play Games data disclosure.

Manage sign-in and profile visibility through Google Play Games or your Google Account. You can delete Play Games data for this game or your Play Games profile using Google’s controls. Resetting progress, uninstalling Pizza Time, or using our player-data deletion control does not delete scores already submitted to Google. Google Play purchases remain separate from Play Games.

Delete player data

In versions that show this option, open Settings → Delete Player Data and review the warning before confirming. This erases local progress, settings, personal records, usage counters, and local recovery copies. It also sends a request to delete installation-linked Dolphin Punch analytics and clears queued gameplay events. On supported Apple builds, it queues removal of the game’s iCloud recovery copies for the original iCloud account; a different or unavailable account may require another confirmation.

Offline deletion requests retry when connected. The status page distinguishes a queued request from a submitted request; submission is not confirmation that server erasure has finished. The game retains the request reference and the identifiers needed to deliver and track that request. Analytics stays off across launches unless you explicitly choose Enable Analytics later; enabling it does not cancel the deletion request. Purchases remain restorable, and Apple and Google manage their leaderboard and purchase records separately. For older versions or help with a pending request, use the privacy contact.

Purchase-flow analytics and identifiers

For the one-time full-game unlock, analytics includes purchase-offer visits, offer interactions, purchase-attempt identifiers, product, displayed price and currency, access status, purchase/restoration attempts and outcomes, and broad store error categories. Local verification records prevent repeat handling. App Store receipts, raw Apple transaction identifiers, and Apple Account details are not sent to Dolphin Punch analytics.

On Android, raw Google Play purchase receipts, purchase tokens, order IDs, and Google Account details are not sent to Dolphin Punch analytics. Purchase-flow analytics can include a one-way token fingerprint to recognize repeat purchase outcomes, product, displayed price and currency, and success, pending, cancellation, failure, or restoration status.

Pizza Time’s installation and session identifiers are generated randomly for this game; they are not advertising IDs or hardware identifiers. We use installation-linked gameplay data to understand game usage, tune delivery windows and progression, investigate errors, and prevent duplicate purchase reporting. We do not use it for targeted advertising, cross-app tracking, or contacting players. The Android game has no advertising, chat, or push notifications and does not request your real name, birth date, contact list, personal photos, microphone recordings, or physical location. The optional Play Games gamer profile is handled as described above. A parent or guardian can request access to or deletion of installation-linked analytics through the privacy contact, using the Settings dpid when available.

Drop In: Skateboarding

Game support · Read with the common practices. This section describes the current development and testing builds reviewed on October 15, 2026. Drop In is not yet publicly released.

Local saves and gameplay analytics

Drop In stores career progress, course completion, objective stars, unlocks, scores, tutorial progress, preferences, rider choices, and locally created poses or courses on your device. Local queues can retain analytics, feedback, and pending Game Center submissions for retry.

Dolphin Punch analytics is enabled at launch, with no player-facing opt-out switch in the current build. It uses the installation and session identifiers described above. Events include launches, run identifiers, course and mode, run duration, score, retries and bails, objective outcomes, trick summaries, spins, grinds, manuals, and in-game distances. Settings such as game speed, camera framing, and trick tuning help us interpret results and investigate problems. Editor save/test actions may be logged when those tools are used. These are game-world movements, not your physical location; the game does not request GPS access.

Gameplay analytics does not upload the geometry of a custom course or pose files. Separate, voluntary pose uploads are described below. The reviewed build has no in-app purchases or subscriptions; the purchase practices for Wake the Woods and Pizza Time do not apply to Drop In.

iCloud career syncing (iOS)

When iCloud is available on iOS, career progress syncs automatically using Apple’s private iCloud key-value storage. Synced data includes course completion, high scores, objective stars, unlock progress, and tutorial progress. It merges with local progress; you can also play offline. This does not require a Dolphin Punch account or an in-game Sign in with Apple flow.

A random cloud-device identifier and a locally stored, one-way fingerprint of Apple’s iCloud identity token help associate saves with the correct account. These are separate from gameplay analytics identifiers. Ordinary preferences, authored pose and course files, recordings, and pending Game Center submissions are not part of this career-sync payload.

The current build has no player-facing switch to disable career syncing. Manage the app’s iCloud access and storage through Apple’s settings where available. Removing the app does not necessarily erase cloud progress; it may return when the app is installed again. Account changes can pause syncing to protect progress.

Game Center (iOS)

Drop In attempts to connect using the device’s Game Center account. Eligible course scores and achievement progress are sent to Apple, which may display them with your Game Center profile. The player identifier, display name, and account-specific pending submissions are used locally; Game Center identity is not sent to Dolphin Punch gameplay analytics.

You can play without Game Center. Manage sign-in and profile visibility through Apple’s settings. Signing out, removing the game, or clearing local progress does not erase results already submitted to Apple. Contact us about leaderboard data requests. iCloud and Game Center are Apple-specific services; this policy does not claim equivalent cloud saves or online leaderboards for Android.

In-game photos and run videos

Jump photos are images rendered from the game world. On supported iOS devices and macOS, run recording starts enabled in the current build and creates temporary, local recordings of the game view and game audio. It does not use the camera or microphone, read your existing photos, or upload recordings to Dolphin Punch analytics.

Use Pause → Video → Run Recording to turn recording off. Unsaved clips are temporary and can be discarded when a new run starts or you leave the results. Saving a video on iOS requests permission to add it to Photos; macOS uses a save dialog. Saved files remain until you delete them in Photos or your file manager, including any copies synced or shared through other services. Android run recording is not implemented in the reviewed build.

Optional ratings, feedback, and pose uploads

If you submit an in-game course rating, we receive the rating, course information, time, build, and associated installation/session identifiers. If you choose a pose editor’s Export to Tracker action, its pose file contents, filename, file fingerprint, version/platform, and installation/session identifiers are uploaded to Dolphin Punch. This is separate from keeping a pose file locally or sharing it through a destination you select.

Pending feedback and selected pose exports can be stored on your device and retried when connectivity returns. We use submissions to evaluate courses, improve animations, and resolve problems. We retain submitted feedback and pose files while needed for those purposes and related obligations; you can contact us to request deletion. Files you share directly with other services are also subject to their practices.

Drop In data and deletion requests

To request access to or deletion of Drop In analytics, feedback, pose uploads, or support messages held by Dolphin Punch, email dolphinpunchgames@gmail.com. Name the game, the data involved, and your app version/build. Include an installation or support identifier if you already have one; we may need further details to locate records. Do not send Apple credentials or payment information.

The current player build has no general “delete all data” or account-deletion button, and no Dolphin Punch account is created. Removing the app clears its local app storage subject to device backups, but does not delete information already received by us, Apple-managed iCloud progress, submitted Game Center results, or exported files. Manage iCloud data with Apple where available, delete saved photos/videos and exports separately, and contact us about records held by Dolphin Punch. Developer/tester progress-reset tools are not a request to erase analytics, uploads, settings, authored files, or Game Center results.

We will explain any information we cannot locate or must retain for applicable obligations. Deleting historical analytics does not disable collection in a later play session; the collection controls described above still apply.

Venture: Merge & Travel

Game support · Read with the common practices. This section describes iOS development and TestFlight builds and the Android testing version, reviewed on October 19, 2026. Venture is not yet publicly released; the features present can differ by test build.

Saved progress and story conversations

Venture saves your board and pantry items, chapter and task progress, currencies, decorations, story choices, discoveries, daily activities, reward times, settings, and purchase-delivery records on your device. It keeps a local recovery copy of the save. The current build has no in-game cloud sync, Dolphin Punch account, or Game Center / Google Play Games integration. On iOS, device backups may include local data. Android system backup is disabled; clearing app storage or uninstalling can erase local progress. Progress and spent consumables do not transfer between platforms.

The game’s chat scenes contain scripted conversations with fictional characters. They do not connect you to other players or collect free-form chat messages. Choices you select can be included in gameplay analytics.

Gameplay analytics and diagnostics

Dolphin Punch analytics is enabled at launch unless collection has been disabled for that installation. It uses a random installation identifier, session identifiers, and a server-assigned Player number, which appears in Settings when available. These connect activity from the same installation; they are not an Apple Account, Google Account, or advertising identifier.

Events include app version and balance revision, chapter and task progress, currency balances, generator use, merges, orders, discovered items, rewards, story choices, offers viewed, and session timing. Groups of actions may be sent as summaries rather than individual events. Error reports include an error message and a short stack trace to help diagnose failures.

Development builds also record free reward collections and clock discrepancies, including reward source, timestamps, local day, time-zone offset, and elapsed time. This helps investigate duplicate rewards and timing problems. These are device-clock details, not GPS location.

Events are sent to Dolphin Punch’s analytics service and may wait in a local queue while offline. Use Settings → Delete my data to stop analytics collection and request deletion as explained below. There is no separate analytics toggle in the current interface. The reviewed build has no advertising SDK or cross-company advertising tracking.

App Store purchases (iOS)

Apple handles payment for optional consumable key packs and coffee or item bundles. Venture receives product and transaction identifiers and purchase status to deliver items. A local record of completed transactions prevents the same purchase from being granted twice and helps pending transactions finish after an interruption.

Dolphin Punch purchase analytics can include the product ID, Apple transaction ID, price or listed revenue amount, currency, offer information, and purchase outcome, linked to the installation. We do not receive your payment-card details or Apple Account password. The game does not send raw App Store receipts to our gameplay analytics service. There are no subscriptions in the reviewed build.

Consumable purchases are not a cloud backup of progress or a way to restore items already spent. Apple maintains its own purchase records separately from our game and analytics records.

Google Play purchases (Android)

Google Play handles payment for optional consumable key packs and coffee or item bundles. Venture checks signed purchase information on the device and receives product identifiers, purchase status, and purchase tokens to deliver items and finish transactions. Pending purchase context is saved locally so an interrupted payment can be recovered. Purchased items are saved before the purchase is marked consumed with Google Play.

Purchase analytics can include product ID, a one-way fingerprint of the purchase token, price or listed revenue amount, currency, offer information, and purchase outcome, linked to the installation. Raw purchase tokens and signed receipts are not sent to Dolphin Punch gameplay analytics. We do not receive payment-card details or your Google Account password. Google retains its purchase records separately. Consumables already spent cannot be restored, and purchases do not restore lost local progress.

Optional local reminders

If you allow notifications, Venture schedules reminders on your device for things such as replenished coffee, ready gifts, and daily activities. These are local notifications; the reviewed build does not register a remote push-notification token. Manage permission in your device’s notification settings for Venture. Android delivery times can vary with battery and background restrictions.

Venture data and deletion requests

In the game, choose Settings → Delete my data and confirm to request deletion of the gameplay analytics associated with your installation. This clears queued gameplay events and stops further analytics collection for that installation. Your local game progress stays. The request can wait offline and is delivered when connectivity returns. A queued or received confirmation is not confirmation that erasure is complete; keep the request reference for follow-up.

You can also request access to or deletion of information held by Dolphin Punch by emailing dolphinpunchgames@gmail.com, without reinstalling the game or making an account. Name Venture, the data involved, and, if available, the Player number shown in Settings or your deletion-request reference. If you do not have either, contact us anyway. We may need additional details to locate the records and verify the request.

The in-game request concerns analytics; it does not erase your local save, support emails you have sent, or Apple’s or Google Play’s purchase history. Removing the app can remove local progress, subject to device backups, but does not delete information already received by us. Contact us separately about support correspondence or other records.

Analytics records are retained as described in the common practices until removed under our retention processes or an applicable deletion request. We may retain a minimal record of a privacy request and information needed to honor it, comply with obligations, or prevent deleted records from being recreated. Aggregated totals that no longer identify your installation may remain. We will explain any records we cannot locate or must retain. Apple and Google manage their records under their own policies.

Policy updates

We will update this page when the covered apps or our practices change and show the effective and update date above. For privacy questions, contact dolphinpunchgames@gmail.com.
